Nice looking chairs but should have been better QC as one had marks and another had a black smudge that doesnt come off and should have been replaced.

Looks just like the photo online! Very sturdy, I saw this same one on Wayfair. I took a chance with this company and I am satisfied. Great quality and less thank 1k. Now the next task is to find chairs.
If I could put no stars I would. I need a return address to send it back. Your company is purposely impossible for returns. It is too small, kind of cheap, and hard. I sent three emails and called the number and a woman lied and said I had the wrong number and hung up on me.

I ordered these chairs on Nov 4. They were supposed to come in two shipments, covers in one and chairs in the other. I have yet to receive my chairs. I did email FedEx to find out where my package was since it hadnt moved since they received it (it is now 11/20). They said it was not in their possession. I then emailed popmaison to start the refund process for the covers because it was starting to feel scam like. Luckily they emailed me in a timely manner that they would confirm with FedEx that my package is missing then would send a new shipment out before tomorrow (11/20). I have yet to hear back from them regarding any new information.
